Light Up Windsor is located in the heart of Windsor, Windsor Mall to George Street.
An hour and half drive, 57 kms north west of Sydney, via the M2 Motorway, Old Windsor Road and Windsor Road.
Thirty minutes drive, 22kms north of Penrith via the Castlereagh or Londonderry Roads.
An hour and half drive, 89kms from Lithgow via Bells Line of Road.
How long has Light Up Windsor been running?
Light Up Windsor has been running since 2018.
Who runs Light Up Windsor?
Light Up Windsor is hosted by the Hawkesbury City Council Events Team.
How many people attend Light Up Windsor?
Light Up Windsor typically has in excess of 15,000 people in attendance at the event.
What time does the event start
Light Up Windsor will be held on Saturday 30 November. The event starts at 5pm.
Are there ATM Facilities?
Stallholders may accept both cash and eftpos. There are ATM facilities available in the main street of George Street, Windsor.
Can I bring my pet to Light Up Windsor?
All pets must be on a lead.
Is there parking at the event?
Designated parking for Light Up Windsor is at Governor Phillip Park.
Limited accessibility car spots available at the Kable Street Carpark (Corner Macquarie street).
Peppercorn Services will be running shuttles from Peppercorn Services (320 George St, Windsor) to Windsor train station.
When is the official lighting of the Christmas Tree?
The official lighting of the Christmas tree will be at 9pm on Saturday 30 November in Windsor Mall.
Is there food available at the event?
Yes, food can be bought from the local restaurant's and cafes in Windsor.
This year there will be additional food stalls in Candy Cane Lane on Baker Street.
